This book is in good condition. The cover shows some wear. There is splitting to the binding with webbing exposed ant the inside of the front cover. There is handwriting on the first three pages in the book.

Charles Towns is well known in the recovery community as he owned the hospital that AA cofounder Bill Wilson checked into and received treatment from Dr. Silkworth as well as had his spiritual experience in the hospital. Towns was also instrumental in the growth of Alcoholics Anonymous by investing in and loaning money to Bill Wilson to get the First Printing Big Book printed in 1939.
