This book is extremely rare as there was a limited release of this version of the book. It was intended for this publication of the book to be distributed to book stores. It features the green dust jacket and white book cover rather than the blue version that was released by AA Pub, Inc. The back cover of the dust jacket has the "Lasker Award" endorsement.

This book contains its original dust jacket. The dust jacket has some light edge wear and a small stain on the back cover. The book is in very good condition with very little wear. There is no writing or markings inside the book.
