Program for the AA General Meetings - Southern California 1951 - with “Bill”
This is the Program for the AA General Meetings - Southern California Area - March 17 and 18th, 1951 - with “Bill” speaking twice.
The events on March 17th and 18th were held in Los Angeles, CA. Bill W. spoke at the “Third Legacy Meeting on March 17th with the topic “Will you Accept It?” and spoke on March 18th at the “Public Meeting”.
“This is a proposal to form "The General Service Conference of Alcoholics Anonymous" a small body of State and Provincial A.A. Delegates meeting yearly, who could assume direct responsibility for the guidance of the A.A. General Service Headquarters at New York City.”
This is a very unique and rare piece of AA History at the time Bill W. was traveling the country speaking in cities to help educate and build support for the General Service Conference.
This program is in very good condition with minimal wear. Please view all of the photos for the conditions.
