Signed by Bill Wilson - Alcoholics Anonymous First Edition Big Book 12th Printing

This book has been inscribed and signed by AA cofounder Bill Wilson. The inscription is on the second page of the book and dated as being from March 14, 1951.

The inscription reads: “For Marian, In grateful appreciation + affection. Always Bill. San Diego, March 14/51”

This book was also signed by Lois Wilson one year later on June 28, 1952. On the same day there is an inscription from Helen Brown.

The previous owner of the book and the person the inscriptions are dedicated to, Marian H. Paxton from San Diego, wrote her name, address, and perhaps sobriety date on the first page of the book.

This is a First Edition Twelfth Printing of the Big Book with an original dust jacket from 1948.

This book is in very good condition. The cover has experience some light wear and fading. The spine and gold lettering is faded. The binding is firm with no wear. The book is fully intact with no missing pages.

The dust jacket is in excellent condition. There is some light edge wear.
