This book is a first edition fourth printing from 1943 with an original dust jacket. The book has been signed by both AA cofounders: Dr. Bob Smith & Bill Wilson.
This book has the Navy blue cloth, approximately 500 of the 5000 fourth printings were in navy blue.
The book is inscribed:

The book contains an address stamp in several locations throughout the book including the inscribed page: “A.A. P.O. Box 751 Long Beach 1, Calif.”
