Marty Mann is well known as the first woman to enter AA and to stay sober. She founded the National Council on Alcoholism and devoted her life to helping alcoholics and raising awareness.

It is in very good condition. The book is fully intact with no torn or missing pages. There is some wear to the edges of the cover and the top of the spine. there is no writing or markings inside the book. The dust jacket has experienced wear with tears and some tape repairs.
