This book is in good condition. The cover look very nice with minimal wear. The gilt lettering on the spine is bright and looks great. The spine is firm with no wear. The book is fully intact with no missing pages. There is handwriting on the first page in the book. There is no other writing or markings at all inside the book. The pages are clean and look great!

The dust jacket is in good condition. There is some chipping and small tears around the edges and spine.
