This book has been inscribed and signed by AA cofounder Bill Wilson.

The inscription reads:

”To Helen, In affection! Bill. - Kansas City / 5/30/57”

This is a First Edition Thirteenth Printing of the Big Book with an original dust jacket.

This printing is from February 1950 with 50,000 copies released, making this the printing with the highest amount of copies of the first edition.

This book is in very good condition. The book covers look good with minimal wear. The gold lettering on the spine looks good but has faded at the bottom portion of the spine. There is some handwriting inside the front cover and on the first page of the book. There are some markings in the margins of several pages throughout the book.

The dust jacket is in near mint condition with very light wear at the edge of the spine.
