Canadian issue of the Liberty Magazine from September 1939 - Alcoholics and God article

This is the very rare Canadian issue of the Liberty Magazine from September 16, 1939 featuring the two page article by Morris Markey titled “Alcoholics and God”.  This article was possibly printed in this issue of the magazine in an error as the article did not appear in the American printing of the Liberty Magazine until the issue released on September 30, 1939.

This was the first article on Alcoholics Anonymous to appear in a nationally syndicated magazine.

The magazine is in excellent condition with no mailing label. The magazine is completely intact with no tears and minimal wear. There is some toning to the pages inside.
