This is the Rising Tide Magazine that was put out by the Oxford Group in 1937. This is the first and only issue of of the Rising Tide. The Oxford Group intended on running an ongoing publication of the Rising Tide but ultimately did not.

The "Rising Tide" was a magazine published by the Oxford Group, a Christian organization founded in the early 20th century that emphasized personal transformation through spiritual practices. The Oxford Group's principles and teachings were influential in the development of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and other similar movements. The magazine served as a medium to spread the Oxford Group's messages and to share stories of personal change and spiritual enlightenment among its members.

"Rising Tide" also functioned as an outreach tool, aimed at attracting new members to the Oxford Group. The magazine showcased the transformative potential of the group’s practices, aiming to inspire readers to join and undertake their own journey of personal change.
