“This booklet was written in answer to the numerous requests which have been received from people who desire reliable, first-hand information.

Every new society or association is the subject of conflicting rumours and speculations; and the Oxford Group Movement, which has attracted to itself Christians of many different nationalities, is no exception to the rule. Many opinions have been expressed concerning it which are founded on hearsay and are not altogether reliable.

This booklet, written by a keen member, shows that this movement is distinctly fresh and aggressive; everyone will be glad, however, that it is not a new “-ism”; it works with and within Churches, and aims at sending people back to their daily work, quickened and refreshed, to bear new and better witness to the power of the Divine Spirit.”
