Framed and Signed Picture of Bill Wilson to Dave Bancroft
This frame includes an image of Dave Bancroft, founder of AA in Montreal, Canada as well as a picture of Bill Wilson that Bill has inscribed to Dave. Bill became close friends with Dave B as he pioneered many meetings and groups in Canada, and helped with the execution of the General Service Conference.
The inscription reads: “To Dave, To whom so many owe so much. Gratefully Bill. NY – 5/20/51”
Attached to the back of the frame is a note that reads:
“Dear Maurice, These are two of Dave’s -
These are two of Dave’s best possessions. Dorothy Bancroft”
