One Thing I Know by A.J. Russell - Second Printing 1933

This is a popular Oxford Group book titled One Thing I Know by A.J. Russell. This is a second printing published by Hodder and Stoughton in London in August 1933.

AJ Russell was a well known Oxford Group author having penned: For Sinners Only, One Thing I Know, Christ Comes to Town, Their Religion, and of course the well known and loved “God Calling”, which he edited.

This book is in good condition. The book is fully intact with no torn or missing pages. There is fading to the orange cloth on the front and back cover, as well as some staining. There is fading to the color of the spine. Inside of the book is in very good condition. A previous owner (John G. Hack) wrote an interesting inscription on the first page of the book in January 1934. The inscription reads: “I’m but a book. My body is made of paper. My message is printed with ink. The body I pray thee take care of, the message, consume it and think. JGH. Jan 7. 1934”
