This is the Eleventh Printing of the Alcoholics Anonymous Big Book, issued in September 1970, and identifiable by the printing code “65M–9/70(C)” on the back dust jacket flap.

The Second Edition (1955–1976) preserved the original text of the Big Book (pages 1–165) while expanding the historical introduction, adding endorsements, and revising the Personal Stories section to include 37 new case histories—reflecting A.A.’s growth from under 100 members in 1939 to nearly half a million by 1970.

The dust jacket includes the classic anonymity statement: “If you wish to preserve complete personal anonymity when carrying this book, just turn this jacket inside out.”

Condition: Book is in very good condition with minimal wear, tight binding, and clean, unmarked pages. The original dust jacket has edge wear and tears.
