Dr. Bob Smith’s inscription appears above a later inscription by Bill Wilson, dated May 2, 1958, bringing both A.A. co-founders together on the same page.
The name “Anne” appears beneath Dr. Bob’s signature, adding an association with Anne Smith and the Smith household.

Preserved within the book, the card brings together several people connected to the Fellowship’s early history.
